Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. No shipping required! You'll receive a high-resolution PNG file ready to download.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery status in real-time through the carrier's website.
Returns Policy
No Returns
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our AI-generated pet portraits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each portrait is uniquely created based on your pet's photo and cannot be resold.
We encourage you to carefully review your portrait preview before purchasing. The preview shows exactly what you'll receive (without the watermark).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement print.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded after delivery, as the file has already been provided to you. Please ensure you're satisfied with the preview before completing your purchase.
